Autumn time fun

So, we decided to get out of the house this past weekend and drove up to Provo to visit some friends and family. We stayed with my sister Stacy and her husband then went to visit the Louder family who we lived downstairs from during our time in Provo. What a fun day we had! Here are some pictures from the Pumpkin Patch.Sadie loves her Auntie Stacy and Uncle Doug.A few shots of the scenery and one of me and Rebekah Louder. The kids enjoying the play area. We love this place.Sadie is so freaking cute. I know I'm biased, but come on! Look at her!
The next day we spent with the Hughes, some friends from grad school, who now live in Bountiful. The kids played to their hearts content and at one point we found them dancing together in the backyard. Will and Ivy.Otis and Kenzi.
We got a couple babysitters that night and went to enjoy a wonderful dinner at the Sego Lily in downtown Bountiful. The restaurant is in a beautiful old house that has been renovated, but left with the original wood floors and moldings. What a gorgeous setting! Then we took a drive into Salt Lake City and walked past Temple Square and did a little shopping at the Gateway mall. It was a fantastic evening out, relaxing and laid back with good company. Just what I needed.
It was a short vacation, but it did us all some good. Thanks to Stacy & Doug, Rebekah & McKay, and Anna & Devin for hosting, feeding and entertaining us. It was a great weekend! Love you all!

You do such a great job on your blog. Thanks for the reminders to come "visit" it! It is always fun to see how big and cute your kids are getting. They are all gorgeous! I love all the dialogues too between them all, so sweet. Maybe we'll get to meet up when we come for Christmas to Salt Lake! Let me know if you'll be in that area. Love, Rach
