I'm sure no one is surprised to hear me say that we are moving AGAIN! This time we are staying in St. George, but moving across town into a house that we will be renting from Joe D's cousin and her husband because they are off to medical school. Best of luck in Denver Tammy and John! We'll miss you and Tanner.
It's cute little house with a fenced yard. I'm thrilled to have a little garden soon and believe it or not...a dog. Oh my gosh- what was I thinking!? So, in a moment of weakness about a year ago I promised my kids we would get a dog when we were someplace we could have one. So we have been puppy shopping. I know I'll regret it, but a promise is a promise.
You might remember me swearing I wouldn't be moving again until we bought our own house to settle down for years and years. In my defense, I didn't see this coming. We NEED to move so Joe D. can have a place at home for his office. The floor plan of the place we are now doesn't allow that, so he's out in the open trying to do conference calls with screaming kids (so professional, huh?)in the background and trying to work while me and the kids interrupt him 100 times a day. Yes- I'll take some of the blame. It's true. So- that is what I tell myself every time I stop and ask myself What are we doing!? Not again!? WHY!? It is necessary. That's why.
We thought about buying instead, but it just didn't make sense. I knew if we did, then the day after we closed Joe's boss would call and say "Okay, we want you in Indianapolis in two weeks" or some kind or crap. So, it looks like Alysia's wait for her own house to settle down in will be a bit longer. This will be the TENTH....yes that's right....TENTH time we have moved in less than 9 years. Don't you think I deserve a house to settle in by now? I'm okay for now with this one though, it is cute, comfortable and really nice, so I'll stop complaining. I'll send you all an email with our new address after we are settled in. Chaio!

Wow! Another move, huh!? Well, just remember, at least you have a HOUSE, not an apartment. Good luck with the move, I hope it will be great all the way around. Tal worked from home this week and was "out in the open" and it was crazy. I can't imagine with 3 kids. We tried to be gone as much as possible! Despite the stress of moving, I'm sure it will be worth it.
Good luck with the move, but Mariah was so sad that the minute she moves into your ward, you go and move out. Anyway, enjoy the new place.
good luck with the move. you'll have to let me know where you're at it woud be fun to get our kids together this summer.
