Holy Moly- I feel old when my first kid is losing baby teeth. Kenzi was so excited when she discovered her tooth was loose and wiggled it for days until Daddy finally helped her pull it out. She was thrilled! So of course she expected the tooth fairy to come that night and therefore put her tooth under her pillow. Well the tooth fairy kind of forgot to go to work that evening and we woke to find a distraught little girl. Well, I got up and took her downstairs to make breakfast while Mr. Tooth Fair sneaked into her room while she was eating and swapped the tooth for money. Then while we were all eating and she asked why the tooth fairy didn't come I suggested maybe she woke up too early and the tooth fairy hadn't had time to get here by then and it had been a while so maybe she should check again. I thought for sure we were busted, but she totally bought it! Not only was the tooth fairy forgetful, but not really prepared with small change cause Kenzi got a five dollar bill for her first lost baby tooth. I hope that doesn't set a precedence for future teeth lost!
Kenzi was also happy to get her hair cut by her future aunt. Thanks Julie! We love it!

boy, you sure screwed that one up!
Tell Kenzi congrats for us. I hear the tooth fairy is pretty generous, but five bucks? Talk about inflation! Nice cover. Hide your blog before she can read it and discover the truth.
